1. Scope of services
TEKSJM provides digital mediation services (recommending, sourcing, and setting up third-party web software and marketing structures) and creative production services (cinematography and video editing).
2. Third-party software disclaimer (mediation role)
Because we act as a mediator to find you the best web building and marketing software:
- TEKSJM does not own, control, or maintain the third-party software applications recommended to you.
- We are not liable for any technical outages, data loss, or service disruptions caused by these third-party platforms. Your relationship with those software providers is governed by their independent terms.
3. Creative content & copyright (cinematography / editing)
Upon final payment, the client receives the usage rights for all edited video assets delivered by TEKSJM for their marketing and website use.
TEKSJM retains the right to display portions of the filmed or edited content in our online portfolio for promotional purposes, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is mutually agreed upon beforehand.
4. Revisions and project scope
Project timelines and video revision rounds (e.g. number of allowed edits) will be clearly outlined in individual project proposals before work begins.
